Hello there... I have received I-751 RECEIPT NOTICE, that said that they received my documents on Jun 4,2009, and the extended my status for another year... on July 10,2009 I had my fingerprints taking at the local office... today is Sep 15,2009 and still get the message that said your case has been received and pending.. do you know how long their processing time. and if it's anything I can do to find out where I'm standing...
If anybody had to go thru the same process can you tell me how long was the process until you got approved…???

I can't tell you how long but I am in a similar situation. July the received the application, than a fingerprints. Now is October and I am still waiting for any information. Sorry I couldn't help you but at least you are not alone in this situation.

time line

my application to remove conditions on green card was recieved in may 2009 fingerprints august 2009, interview march 2010, 10 year green card april 2010. hope this helps
