Is spouse after divorce financially responsible?

[Yocahu]

I got my def. green card via my wife sponsoring me.
Unfortunately she filed for divorce now. Not only that, but she is also
trying to make me pay for certain things, which was not the (oral) agreement.
Also, my car is in her name because at the time we bought it, it was more convienent to do so.
In the divorce petition she wants me to sell the car. If I do so I will lose my job and will not make any money to support myself.

My questions are:
How long will she be my sponsor and will she stay that even if we are divorced?
And if so, will she be financially responsible for me (in any way) in case I have no income?

I don't want to make it an ugly divorce, but I need to know where I stand.
