My family received GC through the family route of my wife with our children who are now 23,20 and 16 years. After one year my wife is not keen to continue her residence in USA. We wish to return to our home country with our youngest daughter. My questions are:
1. Will our action invalidate the GCs of our elder daughters of 23 and 20 years, who wish to continue to live in USA as students.
2.If our youngest daughter visit USA every 6 months till she gets admission to a US university when 18, will she be able to maintain GC in spite of her mother not maintaining GC?
