Re-Entry/ Return Green Card

Dear Sir,

I am a green card holder and planning to go to india and would like stay there for more than year, I want to apply for reentry permit I want to know along with application I-131 what will be the processing fee i have to attach and method of submitting that is whether i can submit through cheque or any method.

Also, I am thinking to return back my greencard and would like to seek multiple entry visiting visa if so whether i will be granted visiting visa and whether any waiting list to get if I return green card what are the methods I have to do for this process.
