Green Card

Dear Sir,

I am a green card holder and my husband is US citizen. I came to India few weeks ago and I am pregnant and planning to deliver the baby in India, which is due in Feb 2010.

So, my concern is as a green card holder, how long can I stay in India and after delivering the baby in Feb in India,and what would be the process of taking back the baby to US?

You need to take the baby to the US first time you travel to US before the baby is 2 years old.
