To Whom It May Concern,
My wife and I are making a trip out to South Africa in the new year. I am wondering if my wife who obtained a green card in January of 09 has to stick around in the US or a certain amount of time before visiting family of if that can be done at any time. We are planning to go and visit them in January of 2010 but I just want to make sure that we are within our grounds to do so and that she won't get in trouble.
Any help that can be given in this matter would be greatly appriciated.
