Dear Immihelp.com,
Thanks for providing such an informative website!
I have a question regarding Returning Resident Visa: assuming a US Permanet Resident who is required to work abroad for a US employer for longer than 12 months is able to get an approved Returning Resident Visa, does that mean the person then has fully restored / normal Permanent Resident status (in terms of their ability to return and remain in the US, etc)? Are there any limitations imposed on their Permanent Residency status as a result of the person having had to apply for / receive a Returning Resident Visa?
Thanks in advance.
