Re-Entry Form

Hello,

Im 19 and im currently studying in belgium. I would like to apply for a re-entry form but the problem is that i won't be able to leave the country until after january. I have a green card and have lived in the US for almost 2 years. I moved to Holland first on januari 1st and now I am in belgium trying to finish my studies. I would like to know if I could apply after a period of a year . if not is it possible for me to apply from Belgium or to let my father do it for me or any other family member. I really want to return to the United States after i finish my studies here in belgium.

You need to apply from Reentry permit from within the US.
