I am a USA resident with a Valid Greencard. The Question I have is I lost my Green Card and my Passport has Expired
2 months ago, My mom she has a Valid Green Card but lost her Passport(can't Find it) and her passport expired 2 months ago too and her Greencard
expires in January 2010, please Guide us how to apply for a new passport because i can't find any information on the web sites or may be i am
overlooking them, Please help. Hope to hear from you soon.
