Green Card Help ASAP
I received my green card prior to turning 14 years old. I am now 16 years old and have not replaced my green card. It is not expired yet. It will be expiring in 2017 or so. It has my fingerprint and photo of me when i was 13 years old. I did not replace it after 14 so now i am planning to travel out of the country. Will i have problems upon exiting or reentry? Also i did try to replace it three times but i kept getting a rejection notice due to incorrect fees and i have tried the stated fees. What should i do?? Please help.
