From the time I applied/received GC until today, I have 3 different addresses.
I received GC in 2001 in my 1st address.
I moved to 2nd address in 2002.
Last move to 3rd address in 2004. This is my current address.
To be quite honest, I could not remember if I reported my change of address in 2002. I did remember studying the change of address form but really could not remember if I sent it at that time.
My questions:
1. Do I need to report 'Change of Address' using AR-11/AR-11SR before I process the application for replacing green card? or should I just process the application and put current address there?
2. If I have to report 'Change of Address', which last/previous address should I put? Should I put the same address where I received GC, or should I put the second address.
3. What is the difference between AR-11 and AR-11SR (how to determine which one you belong to?)
