I applied for green card thanks to my father us citizen. I am waited for 12 years now. There was domestic violence in my marriage, i had to divorce, now my ex changed his mind and doesnt want our 3 years old daugther to move with me. What are my changes not to loose my green card? I havent been to interview yet.
