My wife just got her permanent green card few weeks ago and now we can't find it.
Just in case we can't find it, how long does it take for application process for lost GC?
Meanwhile she plans to travel. What should she do?

I-90 can take around a year.

After filing I-90, she can call to make an appointment at her local USCIS office to get an I-551 stamp.

Also, did she immigrate by Consular Processing abroad or Adjustment of Status in the US? If she did Consular Processing, her immigrant visa turned into a temporary I-551 valid until one year after entry.

Thank you for quick response. She came here as my fiance and then we got married and filed for AOS. Got her conditional GC in '16 and permanent few weeks ago.
Does she need to wait to hear from USCIS about receipt of I-90 before getting I-551 stamp or traveling abroad?

Hello, I have a quick questions for you.

I got my GC removed the conditions and just waiting for my physical card. I lost also ny GC, so I went to have my passport stamp for I -551.

Does it also my employment expires or the stamp is only for travel purposes?
