Stolen conditional green card / ROC date is in 2 months

My wallet got stolen yesterday and I had my green card in there. It’s conditional and it expires on Jan 22 2020. So my 90 days to remove conditions is in Sept 22 2019

if a apply for a replacement I am not only going to pay 540 dollars, but also won’t receive it before Sept 22 when I am going to have to file for removal of conditions and pay $680

This is how I see it and would do to get the situation under control. I would request a new green card and pay the fee. when you file to remove conditions you need to provide a copy of your green card both front and back and you will only get a letter to extend your green card when you file to remove conditions. Did you make a copy of your green card both front and back? I know its expensive but you need a card to proceed with upgrading to a 10 year card. Again this is only how I would proceed, someone else may have more experience with a situation like this.
