Travel On Conditional Green Card
I arrived in US post marriage in Jan 2009.Got my PR Card in Jan.Mine is a conditional card expiring in two years i.e 01/09/11 but I have to travel to India In December 2010 for my sisters wedding.Will they let me come back in the US even if my card expires..?
I have been informed I have to file for the condition to be removed 3 months before the expiry so it will be Oct 2010.How long do they take to get back with a new status for me as I have to travel in Dec first week without fail.
