Physical Green Card

Hi,

I have my interview coming up next month,
I wanted to ask how many days after the interview I will receive the card and
if any thing happens in between the interview day (that the green card is stamped on my passport) and the day it is printed and sent physically, like spouse decease or divorce, can it result in cancellation of the greencard or no?
