I-90 (green card renewal) questions

About 1.5 weeks ago I sent completed I-90 forms, copy of green cards and payment checks to renew my parents' green card.
I sent it to the PO BOX 21262, Phoenix, AZ 85036 address.
Until today the checks haven't been cleared yet, and we haven't received confirmation that says they have received our forms.

How long does it usually take for the USCIS to clear the check and send the confirmation ?

so, 1.5 weeks is not too long that i have to start worrying that the application form is lost in the mail ?

Also, when I call 800-375-5283, there is no option to talk to customer service. do you know what option i should select to talk to a customer servide ?

Didn't you send it by certified mail with return receipt?

unfortunately not, i sent it using regular mail with no return receipt, do you think i should resend the completed forms again ?
