Removal of status--conditional green card--denied

Respected Sir/Madam,

My name is Jose zacharias.I applied for the renewing the green card and removal of conditional status through a lawyer .I got extension for one year from june 7/2009.I took fingerprint and biometrics on august 2009.But i never get any mail from immigration regarding my interview or further process .My lawyer also not informed me in time about any further progress in time even though he got some papers from immigration.Now My lawyer said my green card denied because i failed to present the document in time.God promise i never got from any sourcess about the ststus of my application.

How can i reopen my case.Is there any possibily for appeal.


Where i can get the information about all these things.Is it possible for me to enquire directly to the immigration office in newyork city regarding my case.How can i do that.
