My GC application is on progress under EB3 category.
My I140 is approved and my PD is feb 2007.
H1B extended through 2012.
I have no MS degree.
I have 6 years of experience from my home country -Turkey.
I have 4 years of experience from former company in USA.
I have been working in current company for 3 year.
On my current job I have worked in three different projects.
I like to switch my category from EB3 to EB2 which is current for Turkey.
1. Do I have to start all over again. Can I use previous LC.
2. Whit experience letters from former company and current project is it going to be enough to get EB2 approved.
3. I am not interesting to use my previous date. Is there any problem for no using previous date?
