Hi
I am a green card holder.Can I file re entry permit online..
Actually in the USCIS wesite it says GC holders are not eligible to file I-131 online.Not sure if it could be filed online for a GC holder. Will appreciate any feedback with respect to this.
Here is what it says on the website
Who is Not Eligible to e-File This Form:
You are not eligible to electronically file this form if:
*
You have a pending I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence Status or Adjust Status currently at a USCIS office and you are eligible to file the I-131 for no additional fee.
*
You live outside of the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
*
You are applying for a waiver of the filing fee.
*
You are requesting that your case be expedited.
*
You are filing for Humanitarian reasons.
*
You are selecting one of the following application types:
1.
I am a permanent resident or conditional resident of the United States and I am applying for a Reentry Permit.
2.
I now hold U.S. refugee or asylee status and I am applying for a Refugee Travel document.
3.
I am a permanent resident as a direct result of refugee or asylee status, and am applying for a Refugee Travel Document.
