Renewal of Green Card (e-filling I90)
Dear all,
My 10 yrs green card is expiring in Nov,10 and would like to know if i use the e-filling option of form I-90 do i need to mail the supporting documentations and if yes please provide the address, also would like to know how long that process might take once i finish the fingerprints. I know you might be asking why i did not apply for N-400 till now, FYI i did apply already and went for the interview in Oct, 2009 passed everything with my wife and wife was given her ceremony letter date after a couple days she is now a USC, the officer requested for my tax returns I mailed them right away via Fed-Ex checked they were received the next day and so far as of this email no response from ASC in Florida. This is the reason why I'm waiting for a reply and instead of spending money to renew my GC, I still have hope that my ceremony letter will come by mail but it seems that i dont have any other option but to go ahead and renew it. Maybe some might ask why not call or take an info pass, beleive me i did all that and the only response was standard letter saying that "we are still reviewing your file, however if you do no not hear from us six months from the date of this letter which is (Dec 15, 2009) please call us on the number below 800 number" your feedback will be very helpfull since I'm surviving my worse days of my life since Oct, 2009.
