Hello I have a question.? I know a couple who was born in Haiti, the husband received a green card and was able to come to the US but the wife remains in Haiti. They have a son who is 4 years old and who constantly every six months travel to and from the country in fear that he will lose his green card privilege. Is that the case? How long is someone allowed to stay in the US without forfeiting their privileges.
