    green card!! help plz

    dear all,

    a friend of mine is stuck in a very complexed situation. he is a green card holder but the problem is that he has not been to USA after 2001. how ever his green card expiry date is after 2 years. but he has not followed the rules of goin to USA every year because of financial problems.

    can he still use his green card to enter the usa? is is still valid?
