I need an urgent help here. The USCIS website says that my & my wife's I485 was approved on Nov 4 2004, but I have not received the approval notice so far. My attorney also has not received the attorney's copy. I called the customer service. They have variable answers. Some say that I should submit the I-824 form for duplicate approval notice, whereas some say that I should submit the 'Non-delivery' request with USCIS. What are my best options here??
