Re-entry permit - in Sydney now
OK-im in sydney aust. now and my 12 months will expire in april/may. With the I-131, cant i fill it out here and send it to my family at my registered address in the US and get them to send it for me to nebraska? I know a few people that have done this and it seems to have worked ok for them. otherwise ill have to come for a week in jan, just to send the form! im completing my degree here as a local student (ie: a $20,000 law degree that would otherwise have cost me over $100,000 in the US) and its going to take at least 2 - 2.5 years to finish and move to the states. any advice?
