I won green card of the USA and became US permanent resident in July 2008. /My A# is 059-492-210/ I have been to my country from July 2009 to the beginning of January 2010 and back to my country again in January due to my family problem. I am planning to the USA in June. I have a question about my status in the USA . Will my permanent status be effective if I had visits to my native country twice from July 2009 to June 2010 with total duration of 11 months? I m a little worrying about my status. Could you kindly advise me on my safe status of the permanent residency? Attached is my Green card for your inquiry.
