Getting ready for I-751 (need help)

Hi HI members,

I will be filing my I-751 in couple of months. I would like to know if there is any other form(s) I should file w/ I-751?

For the documents supporting "marriage in good faith" should I include the ones which I sent with I-130 when I filed for AOS?

Is there anyone from Hayward, CA or from Alameda county who filed recently or can share their experience?

Hi, im in northern CA and will be filing my 751 tomorrow, the only other form im including is G-1145 for electronic notification but it is not a requirement. I am including some of the documents I submitted with I-130 and added a lot of new evidence to cover the extent of our marriage for example; marriage license and certificate, copies of mail addressed to both of us, pictures, utility statements and renters and car insurance info are some of the ones we had submitted with I-130. But we are adding documents from both years.

Who is petitioner? Is it the USC or the conditional gc holder?

Petitioner is the person applying for the conditional residence to be removed in this case if I-751. Your spouse is the USC ( united state citizen )
