ReEntry Permit Documents
Hi to everyone in this forum. This is my first topic here.
im about to apply for a reentry permit and im not quite sure which are all the documents required and where to file (I'm in California).
As far as i know I need the following:
-copy of an official photo identity document. For example passport photo
-copy of the front and back of your Permanent Resident Card
-copy of the biographic pages of your passport
-Form G-1145 for E-Notification
-G-1450 for credit card payment
Also I'm not sure if I have to attach 2 passport photos. I would very appriciate if someone with a green card who has already been aproved for a reentry permit share the list of documents they sent.
