My case was transferred 2 times after biometrics

Case was received

Nov 1 2019
Fingerprint Review Was Completed

Feb 27 2020
Case Transferred To Another Office

Feb 27 2020
Case received at my local office

Feb 28 2020
Case was transferred and new office has jurisdiction

Any idea on what to expect? Anyone with similar timeline?

got an update today after ombudsman inquiry. New card is being produced. Then status changed to case was approved!
