Hi,
My mother-in-law filed for SB1 Visa in U.S. consulate, Mumbai. She completed her first interview in January and her petition was approved and was asked to go for Medical test. For Medical test she is required to provide case number, starting with BMB. I am unable to find it anywhere in her appointment letter or in the approval letter from the consulate after the first interview. I do not have any other documentation.
When I called the number in the approval letter, I was asked to contact National Visa center in U.S. and they did not have any information about SB1 visa. Can someone help me where to find the case number? Thanks in advance for your help.
