Hello,
I have been waiting for 751 to make progress, and first time in 15 months, the status changed to RFE. I’ve received the letter from USCIS and have till June to reply.
Pretty much to prove bona fide marriage. I’ve submitted similar documents when I filed for AOS but for I-751 it wasn’t enough?
Issues here are, my usc wife, has 2 misdemeanors and horrible credit. Meaning I wasn’t able to sign the lease with her on our apartment nor getting a car together etc
Our driver license shows same address. We have affidavits, photos of our families together etc but can’t really do much more on proving comingle due to her credit and background.
We have checking acct together but I get paid on my payroll account with debit card I usually use that for most of things.
Would there be any evidences we can gather to strengthen my case? Also, when RFE is received how long does it usually take to hear back from USCIS?
