Because so many people are asking, here is the contents of my cover letter;
The contents include a copy of the following:
1. Check for $680.00 (Filling fee for I-751 and biometric services fee)
2. Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
3. Front side of permanent residence card.
4. Back side of permanent residence card.
5. Birth Certificate of our Daughter, YYYY .
6. Our rental agreement showing joint occupancy.
7. Bank statements of our joint bank accounts showing joint ownership of assets
8. Printed screen of our health insurance online dashboard
9. Car titles and insurance policies indicating joint ownership.
10. IRS Transcript and Tax return from H&R Block - 2017 & 2018
11. Our utility bills for the past 4 months (Power and Gas)
12. Annual charitable contributions official tax summary statement – 2017 & 2018
13. Two Sworn affidavits affirmed by father in law, YYYY and brother in law, ZZZ
14. Our church issued marriage certificate
15. Marriage License/Certificate
16. Selected photos from our marriage.

I do not reside in Nebraska, I live in ID but the Nebraska processing center processed my application.

I mailed out my package on 25th of May and was delivered on 28th May..
I haven't received any confirmation yet.
