Hi,
My niece is a U.S. Citizen by birth , however the faimly had to move to india when she was 5 years old. Ever-since family is residing in India.
Can she go back and study in U.S. , Her mother is in comma and she doesn't want to live with her father since he is arrogant and even beats her every now & then.
We have other relatives in U.S. who can support her if she goes back to U.S. , is there any law in U.S. which can allow her to get out of this situation and get separate from her father ?
Thanks in advance.
