751 sent. missing spouses contact info.

We just realized that the section 8 part "3. Spouse's or Individual's Daytime Telephone Number" was missing. Would that be an issue ? What steps do I have to take ?

If that's the only problem with your application, I wouldn't be too worried. I doubt it will cause any problems. You could send the information to USCIS, but there is no guarantee it will make it to your file.
