I got mu Real ID last fall that is valid until by H1B expiration. I have my Green Card now. Do I go to the DMV to get the "full" real ID so I could renew it online like I used to back in the day? Anyone has any experience regarding this matter?

If you already have your Real ID, there is nothing extra you need to do till your existing license expires.
There is nothing called a "full real id". The only thing they can do is issue you a new license without "Limited Term" on it which basically means you are a PR or Citizen.
You will need to pay the fees though.
