About re-entry permit and prior to getting a US citizenship

Ok so Im going back to philippines to study about 4 years or 5. So basically I will get two times re entry permit. After two years of staying outside and getting back to US, (I think Im gonna stay here in USA 6month for filling a second reentry permit) So does my 6months of staying here in US counts in my applying for citizenship?

I am a green card holder and migrated in US at May 5 2007
I will go to Philippines at October 2010
so coming back here at october 2012
staying here october 2012- april 2013
Have my second reentry permit april 2013
come back at US april 2015
and stay until I get my US citizenship.

So I'll be staying here for only a year and I can apply citizenship right?
Im here 3 years and 5months
I will be here for 7 months
So that's 4 years.

and by the way do i still n eed biometrics on SECOND re entry permit?
