Re-entry to US

Hello,

I am in a pretty wierd situation. I travelled to India in January 2004 with my EAD and AP. I received approval notice for my GC along with my husband in September 2004. My EAD and AP expired in September 2004 and I have not extended it.
I am still in India and I was wondering if there is anyway in which I can re-enter US to complete the GC Process?

Your husband will have to file I-824 and you will have to go through consular processing. /usa-immigrant-visa-process/
