Hello folks,
I am a GC holder. Got my GC in 2016 Sep.
I am a partner in a new media content production company. For one of our upcoming projects I need to be in S Asia for more than six months in 2021.
What's the best way to retain my immigration during this period? What forms to fill? What applications to submit etc.?
I know I should not be out of the country for more than six months at a time and it will cause problems in naturalization.
