Greetings,
My daughter’s Green Card expires in 2023. Three years ago, she had an extended stay in China, was granted an SB 1 Visa, re-entered the US over a year ago, and has been living with her husband and son, and working in the US. She would like to go on a two-week vacation to Mexico with myself and her mother. Here’s the question: Does the fact that she received an SB 1 Visa and re-entered the US over a year ago invalidate her Green Card - and thus, make he ineligible to re-enter the US after a two-week vacation?
Greatly appreciate your guidance!
