My Dad is GC holder and he is 74 years old. Can’t travel as vaccines are not out in home Country. Is it fine for him to travel back once he gets his vaccines (hopefully in April) so it will be 15 months he is outside of US. US embassy is still closed where he is right now. Does anyone is going through with same situation?
