i-751 approved almost a month ago, card has not been sent yet.

Hello,

I got my i-751 approval about a month ago without an interview or a biometric app (applied Feb 2020). However, the status seems to remain on approval and the card has not been produced yet.
Is this normal? Should I wait more before I call?

My understanding is that people usually get the card a week or two at most after the approval.

They have not sent it, yet. That's why I am asking. I have not seen informative articles about why they are taking so long to even mail it.

If you had googled "green card not delivered," you would know that USCIS tell you to contact them if it has been more than 30 days.
