I notice that Texas center extended their waiting time up to 9.5 months
Just want to provide a time line for reference

UPDATE

Hello all, today I received second extension letter for 24 months!!! Does anyone know what is that about? My previous extension letter was sent to me this year in April and it was for 18 months. (Service Center is Vermont-EAC)
