Is there anyone in the same boat with me? I had an interview for an I-751 waiver after exactly 2 years of filing in 2019. my interview went well and I answered all the questions before the interview I also got RFEs and I replied properly with my attorney at the end of the interview IO said that before they were taking a decision within 120 days but due to covid-19 now it will take longer and he will send me the NOID and then I will have 30 days to respond. more than 2 months passed and no update on my case still showing an Interview was scheduled.

I believe you would have to reach out to your US senator yourself. You may also want to bring that up to your lawyer's attention. Up to you.Originally posted by sajjad2500 View PostThank you for the response, should I contact my attorney and she will contact the US senator or can I do it on my own because I do not want to do something which later my attorney say why I did it without her permission
