    Misspelled name on I797 Notice of Action

    To my surprise, I received my i797 notice of action today for my i751 without receiving a text or email last week notifying me that they received the package. However, my middle name was misspelled.

    I requested to get my name corrected online - will they send me a new i797 with the correct spelling?
