Hi. My wife's i751 was approved in Nov. 2020. The notice said we should receive her green card within 60 days... 10 months later and still waiting for green card in mail.. when we look her case up it just says i751 approved and nothing about green card mailed. Is this because they are behind because of COVID? When we call toll free number for USCIS we cannot get through to a live person. Any replies greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Reach out to USCIS. Did you change address ? They may you file i90 for a replacement card09/19/2019 - Case Approved i130 & i485
06/28/2021 - i-751 sent via UPS
07/02/2021 - Check was cashed & got receipt number starting SRC
07/06/2021 - Received 18 months extension in mail
08/16/2021 - biometrics waived; received i797 in mail. Online status still at case received
11/20/2021 - Received 24 months extension in mail -
Try making an info pass appointment. Same happened with my moms card. They had us file i90 free of charge and she got her green card in a few months09/19/2019 - Case Approved i130 & i485
