Filing i751, JAN 2022

hopefully there will be no problem. Which processing center do you get assigned if you file now? any idea how they assign it or is it random? thanks everyone


i'm self preparing our documents. we got very little supporting documents due to the pandemic,
we couldnt travel, we lost our jobs, we had to give up our apartment.

i just found a job and is waiting to put my wife as a beneficiary for my pension.
we have our 2019/2020 tax returns
conEdison bill for the duration of our stay at our apartment, a little over a year.
i'll include our lease for that apartment as well
joint bank account
our health insurance
some pictures of us with family and friends

hopefully it would be enough

same sex marriage and both our first marriage, hopefully last.

anyone also filing this JANUARY?

From my own filling, I gave them what I had from 2019-2021, there weren't many pictures because 2020 was the whole lockdown, 2021 wasn't much better, but we filled our lease with both our names, some small pictures of us going out to the city once in a while, insurances, names on our utility bills, bank accounts, my partner's tax that he filed jointly with me, phone call logs since 2019, pictures from the first filing for I-485 (cause 2020 sucks.) That's what I can remember that I place into the packet to be sent to them.

Not a same-sex couple but it's our first marriage as well and we have been together since we were 19 and 21 in college. Filed in September of 2021, and still waiting after the biometric walk-in and still the website says: Case Was Received.

We sent our I-751 around January 17, 2022 and got rejected for improper filing. So we end up re-sending it on Jan 30, 2022. We got our receipt date 2/1/2022. As of March 28, 2022 our status chaged to fingerprints had been applied to your I-751 case. I'm not sure what happened but hubby has not done a new set of fingerprints. I had read that USCIS is re using previous fingerprints, but not sure if this his case. Thanks. I will keep updating our dates.

Filed Dec 30th 2021. Still nothing about biometrics.
I only have i797 for receipt receipt confirmation and 2 year extension of GC.

Mind if I ask if the improper filing is due to typography or other related matters because I notice a date I mistakenly wrote wrong on my i751 and was wondering if I am going to get an improper filling as well and its stressing me out, especially with the Patel vs Garland situation.
