So I'm an LPR and had to deliver outside of the US. On returning, my baby's passport was stamped with I551 (valid for 1 year). However, I received no A# or receipt number and was told that I'll receive the green card in the mail but it has been almost 3 months now and we haven't received it. Contacted USCIS and they said the baby's record doesn't exist with them. Can anyone help as to what I'm supposed to do now?
