I called them for the infopass appointment and someone called me after 15 days.
the officer said simce my case is still normal processing time, I can not request for Infopass appointment.
he said my extension letter is valid till April 2023, so I have to call in March to set up infopass.
so frustrating and disappointing with this slow process.

That's really bad I'm sorry to hear that. Hopefully when you call in March they will get you an appointment before your extension letter expires. Fingers crossed.

It has been 14 days since I called in for setting up Infopass. They have 16 more days.
I submitted N-400 meanwhile, let's see how long will that take...
