How soon should I join the previous employer who filed my I-485 after getting GC?
I worked for my previous employer, who filed my I-140, for 6 years, where I worked for 4 years after I-140 approved. Then I joined a different employer and currently i'm still working there. When my priority date became current, I requested my previous employer to file I-485 as my new employer is delaying the GC process. I got GC now and I would like to join the previous employer to show my intention to work there. How soon should I join them? will it be a problem if I join after 2-3 months
