I-751 filing address

I live in Florida. I am pulling my hair out from
confusion of where exactly I should mail my I-751. I have yet to see anyone say they mailed their package to the address below and I am scared that maybe I am not reading this correctly. Where do I send my I-751 package if I live in Florida?

I see uscis says:

The I-751 filing addresses web page is pretty clear that that is the correct address to mail it to. Elgin is a new address added in November 2021 and was including in I-751 filing addresses in February 2022.
